These two pit bull puppies were just rescued from dogfighting — and it happens all the time!

What can I do to help stop dogfighting?
Learn how to spot the signs of dogfighting. If you suspect dogfighting activity, alert your local law enforcement agency and urge officials to contact The HSUS for practical tools, advice and assistance. If you live in one of the states where being a spectator at a dogfight is still a misdemeanor, please write to your state legislators and urge them to make it a felony.

Post the dogfighting reward posters [Below link PDF] in your community. For free posters, send and email or contact The Humane Society of the United States (include your name, address and the number of posters you’d like). Learn about the life-changing services offered by the Humane Society’s Pets for Life program and find out more about how to get involved in your community.
